I got it! I know where I have seen him before. In Forrest Gump. At the Black Panther party. The guy in the beret! Looks just like modern Stalker. That is why he looked so militant to me. The brother is against the man!

I just googled that scene and your absolutely right.I wonder if that’s where Hasbro got the idea?
Nice to see Stalker getting some love again he was one i liked as a kid.
This is the guy i think they should have cast in the movie.I hope at some point they do a spin off of a Stalker,Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow origin.
